Privacy Policy

ClassPlanner stores the information needed to provide lesson planning, class organization, homework generation, resource sharing, and account management.

Workspace data can include teacher profile details, class metadata, lesson content, homework, reflections, resources, and limited student-support notes entered by the teacher. Do not enter unnecessary student identifiers or sensitive records.

Authentication and database services are provided by Supabase. AI requests are processed through server-side ClassPlanner endpoints before being sent to Anthropic. API keys are not exposed in browser code.

Public resources are sanitized before publication, and private workspace records remain scoped to the signed-in user through Supabase row-level security policies.

Users can export their workspace from Settings. Account deletion can be requested from Settings and is scheduled with a 30-day retention window before final deletion.

Operational logs should avoid raw prompts, student details, tokens, and secrets. Security incidents or privacy requests should be routed to the project owner or administrator.
